Add a mouseover event to the heat map. This will display the feature_id and Gene Name.

Don't go down when left or right side bar is selected.
Another (better) solution is to create the THREE.JS scene in a separate window.

Add the ability to double click a node. This will highlight the node and bring up the HUD:
HUD will be in place of the expression data.
HUD will contain information about the Gene/Regulator:
Information will be pulled in from Wikipedia and NCBI.

Use a simple text file to choose inputs rather than having to manually edit the index.html file.

The previous highlighted elements are not reset when you switch from one dataset to another.

Get rid of the current system for searching through genes and regulators.
Instead, combine them into a single list. This list will highlight genes in Blue and regulators in Red.
It will have a +/- button next to each element in the list. This button will expand to show clusters that the gene/regulator belongs.
