D&D Charactersheets and battle control

A simple program designed for a D&D group to create Character sheets and use them as a guide for a battle. This program creates a battle master when started on a computer that does not have the programm running. Any other computer in the network can than connect to the battle master to create a slave of this master. This way the DM has control over the battle and party members can view information like the order and the health of friendly characters.

Development of this project is optimised for use with netbeans.

Export to PDF

For some users it may be useful if they can export their character to a PDF.
This way the character information is more portable than just the software.

This feature is partially implemented, but currently in a unusable state.

A nice template could help this feature a long way.

Alternative
The characters are setup for JSON as storage, but perhaps an XML is easier and more portable on it's own?

Create user manual

The software has become a bit more complex than estimated at first.
For new users it may be useful if a user manual is available.
This can either be a separate document of a set of pages for the website.
