I'm not a big github user, I tend to "wander into it" rather than be a highly active participant. So my usage of it tends to be through the website, which I'm reasonably happy with.

I don't know what you intentions are but for me I see this repository as something that partitions up by country. So obviously I would feed into the Ghana sub-folder and you might work on Zambia, Ghana and maybe somewhere else. Graeme may have some other vision. So if I have any sway in anything I would like to see the top partition being country level and then I can work in the appropriate section.
