Create a dynamic web project in your IDE and push the project on github.
Steps to be followed:

1. Create a dynamic web project
2. Create a web descriptor - web.xml
3. Set index.jsp /index.html as default loading page
4. Separate folders for css, js will be automatically created
5. Add pages from #1
   6.Push the project on github for merging
