brand new save. For some reason both Karengo's and the Laborer's quests both appear in Vermillion Station on a new game 100% of the time. But no other time has the numbering been messed up like that, or has the quest duplicated in the list like that.

Yep. And even when I undocked and came back in it was still borked like that
Issue probably caused by having both the Laborer quest and DG pt1 appear at the same time, and taking Laborer.
