Hello there,

I'm a developer looking to implement universal dismiss for my UWP app. I came across your blog post here: https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/tiles_and_toasts/2016/06/10/action-center-in-the-cloud-universal-dismiss/

Unfortunately, when I cloned this repo to test the Dismiss Selfhost app across my Lumia 950 and Surface Book, I have yet to experience universal dismiss actually working. I have deployed the selfhost app on both my devices, and I ensure that the remoteId is identical for every hour. But no matter what I do, when I dismiss the notification on my phone, the PC notification is never dismissed. Likewise when I dismiss the PC notification first.

I have Cortana turned on (Canadian region), and I have my settings turned on to allow notifications from apps to be synced.

Please advise if I am doing something incorrect.
