Apps like vior vim do not work with CustomCommands, because they need a proper terminal.

this might be out of the scope of your project, but to actually be a workspace swiss army knife, you should be able to run multiple commands. When I start working on a project, I usually want to cd to that directory, maybe checkout a specific branch, open the project in a text editor, start build tools (like gulp or grunt), and open chrome at a certain url
