The project nuxt/Vue version need to be updated

• Upgrade nuxt to the last version
• Upgrade tests setup
• Launch unit tests and verify
• Manual test application

Change manual setup of workbox to automatic when nuxt build project

• Install node module for workbox webpack
• Setup webpack into nuxt to automatic build workbox into app when build web app
• Remove old workbox directory

The actual deployment process is too long, Now the deployment process can be more automatic than manually

For now when user click the button delete, the note is directly destroyed without any prevention
The proposed solution for this problem is:

• create a trash that store deleted notes
• Add notes destroyer inside trash
• When a note is deleted, it just goes to the trash
• A note can be restored from the trash
