Features

user can add a new to do item
user can edit a to do item
user can delete a to do item
user can rearrange the order of to do items
user can check a list for complete and no-complete
Data is persisted and saved locally using plist
The done button is disabled to avoid user entry of a blank todo item

Features I did not get to due to time and to re-focus on group project
Local Notification with a date picker.
