Update README

It's winter here and I thought of changing the color theme of the contributions graph but the README did not provide enough information as to how to do the same. Later I figured it out myself.
The README file should be updated as it should provide information about How should one go about after downloading the Extension.

Where can I change the theme ?

Hi,
Thanks for this nice extension. I'm sorry if I missed it, but I didn't find any explanations on how to change the theme... For me it's yellow currently.

Have a nice coding day !
Samuel

How to add your own themes

Hello,
I am trying to edit the src/js/contentscript.js file to add my own themes but unable to do so. Kindly tell me how can I create custom themes for my own usage.

Random Question

Thanks for the extension, works great for me!

Super random question, have you ever come across why github chose to go with the default shades of green with no ability to customize?

I remember when they changed the color scheme for Halloween and I've seen different blue and purple themes in different gitlabs, but this extension was the most customization I've been able to do from a user standpoint aside from modifying the rectangle fill temporarily.

In SPA, theme is applied only once

In single page applications applyOptions function is called once since document is only loaded once.
This happens in github too.
So If you load Overview, theme is applied,
but if you move to Repositories and move back to Overview, theme wouldn't be applied.

Dark Mode

Github released a dark mode today! I found your repo and wanted to start implementing a dark mode for the extension.

Here are some examples that have been put together so far:

example-3

I'll continue working on this, but let me know if something like this would be useful. And if so, let me know if you have any preferences on how to go about contributing. Specifically, if you have preferences on how you would like dark mode organized within the codebase.

Cheers!
