nipa's Issues

npa extractor

Hi If I understand correctly this tool can open npa files right?Sorry if this is stupid question but I want to be sure.Thanks.

Decrypt files

Hi! Sorry to bother, but I have a doubt. When I extract the files they come encrypted, is it possible to extract them without encryption or to somehow decrypt them after extract them? Thanks!

.npk format

Hi!

First of all, thank you for this unpacker.

Do you think you could take a look on the new release of Togainu no Chi and Sweet Pool ? (and soon Lamento and DMMd)

I'm trying to extract the scripts and CGs from JAST USA releases but I can't find the key of those games...

Determining the permutation?

According to nipa.h the substitution table (as in buffer[c]=subst[buffer[c]]-x-i) is derived dynamically. How is it determined? Are the keys game-specific, or rather archive-specific (i.e. derived from key1 and key2 found in the header)?

I tried to find it out myself, but the game I test it on (Chaos;Head) doesn't like being debugged.

Binary for more recent version

Hi,

I'm looking at potentially doing a translation of Totono - a title that the source code version supports, but not the most recent binary version.

I've tried myself, but I cannot get the source to compile (lots of type errors and argument errors).

Is it possible to get a binary of the most recent version of the code?

Sincerely,
Shoujo Q
