DivergenceAnalysis

Required packages: devtools, tidyr, ClusterR, kernlab, plyr, knitr, ggplot2, grid, gridExtra, cowplot, RColorBrewer, ggrepel, superheat, rpart.plot

Instructions:

  1. Download the data from http://luigimarchionni.org/divergence.html. Install the required packages.

  2. Run install.R script to install the following package from the github repositority: github.com/wikum/divergence

  3. Set the DATA_DIR variable in vars.R to the DATA folder containing the data downloaded in step 1

  4. Run run_all.R to run experiments and create figures

3. DATA_DIR

Hi,
I'm trying to run run_all.R function to test the DivergenceAnalysis. To which folder DATA variable in vars.R has to be assigned ? I mean the final file. I tried DATA_DIR = "/DATA/COLON" but I have nothing after running run_all.R.
