Extensions need to support dependencies

for example, need to ensure that API is loaded before Recorder. Might need to rethink the extension strategy/framework.

Add a github action to run up an instance and run a smoke/integration test.

Abstract provision of data to the API

The API extension has selected to use the SIREN schema for representing the endpoint. This could change in any future API implementation (could be JSONAPI or anything). Since other extensions can add other endpoints, they should be agnostic of any chosen schema.

Suggest we could be registering endpoints that provide (collections) of native model objects and the API implementation converts that representation into the chosen schema implementation, via decorators or other.
