Need to create a handler to allow for all workflow actions. Load a workflow, determine current node, determine available transitions, determine next node, execute transitions

Need to create the data models (and interfaces) for Node, Transition, Workflow, Action, and Validator.

These should be generic models as they will be populated from various data sources ( MySQL, MongoDB, PHP Array, YAML, etc.). For Doctrine2 we will use the interfaces and force the doctrine2 entities and documents to implement them.

there should be a service that locates the workflow configuration and loads it from the various providers. Once the flow is loaded in a standard format it should be able to cache the configuration using configurable caches. (APC, MemCached, File, php array, etc)
