At the moment, this package only ever patches Intl.ListFormat if it does not exist, which causes problems when trying to use it in environments that do define it, but do not provide all of the expected locale data. In particular, Node 12 does include Intl.ListFormat, but by default only loads the English locale data.

To fix, please add something like intl-list-format/ListFormat, which would allow for usage like this:
