Please set ${joinedKeys} in .env file.

Not always ENV variables are set in .env, and if so, only for development.

Message should be something like: Environment variable ${name} is not defined. Aborting.

This is a reissue of #6, (re)opened due to some inconsistencies:

• This project and isapp/checkdotenv are not forks of the same project.

• wenderjean/checkdotenv has more and most recent commits, but isapp/checkdotenv has a lot more releases

• NPM Package points to wenderjean/checkdotenv, but versions/releases don't match

Since they were created for the same reason (and from the same codebase) I think it's better to keep a single source tree. Forks are not a problem, but two unrelated projects with the same name are.

We must decide which project is the correct one and get rid of the other to encourage collaboration.

Right now they're under devDependencies, but they're actually used in the lib code.

What do you think to move this repos to isapp/checkdotenv? So the whole Is team can maintain it.

I don't see why you choose this package name.

Because of the set it seens that it sets something, but that is not the case. 🤔

You're not pushing git tags. So there isn't anything under https://github.com/wenderjean/settenv/releases.

Remember:

• use http://semver.org/ guidelines
• always use npm version command to update version, followed by git push && git push --tags
