Update to `bcgovimages/von-image:1.6-ew-11*` images

Update to bcgovimages/von-image:1.6-ew-11* images to pick up von_anchor v1.6.37.

A necessary 256-bit compliant encoder has been added to von_anchor, affecting credentials. Unfortunately it is not backwardly compatible with older credentials so they will need to be reloaded.

Environments to update:

  • ontvon-von-ont-registries-agent-dev
  • ontvon-von-ont-registries-agent-test
  • ontvon-von-ont-registries-agent-prod

Update to `bcgovimages/von-image:1.6-ew-13*` images

  • Adds support for credential dependency look-up.
  • Includes updated versions of von_anchor and von-x

Environments to update:

  • ontvon-von-ont-registries-agent-dev
  • ontvon-von-ont-registries-agent-test
  • ontvon-von-ont-registries-agent-prod

How to query the registry?

I got this setup on my computer, I went to http://localhost:5000/onbis/registration it asked for a username and password which after a bit of searching I found were onbisuser and onbispass (I can submit a PR to add this to the README if you think its appropriate, also I started the application with ./manage not ./manage.sh).
Once I accessed registry I can see the query form, but a couple test searches just hung, is there another step required that I missed to perform a query? I have TheOrgBook running at http://localhost:8080/en/home, during the setup I tried loading the test data, I had to do a slight modification as recommended in https://github.com/BCDevOps/openshift-developer-tools/blob/master/bin/README.md where I added the bin to $PATH so I called loadData.sh -e http://localhost:8081 instead of ../openshift/loadData.sh -e http://localhost:8081 which seemed to load a lot of settings from settings.sh, giving me thousands of lines of

Loading settings ...
Loading settings from /home/josh/Documents/datasets/onbis/openshift-developer-tools/bin/settings.sh ...

but then ran into a seg fault. I'm currently running this on Ubuntu 18.04.
It seems this project is still under development so it could be that I'm trying to do something that's not possible yet, but if so is there any way to help contribute to help advance this project?
