- get bullets calling callbacks on collision with things based on type
- have a handful of different ship types
- make a way to lose
- come up with level paradigm
- add lives and game overing
- clean up the registration of entities to a scene
- move the zoomy bits to transitions between levels
- maybe a little starting launch from earth thing
- get more planets in the background
- add camera shake because fuck you
- decouple the shape and body in collidable entities
- rearchitect to not be a single file
- get some physics engine in
- sprite rendering
- walls around the field
