一个简陋粗暴的批处理脚本，用来安装并设置 you-get。
从 这里 下载最新的压缩包到本地，解压，双击其中的 you-get.bat 文件。
首次使用请耐心等待。
脚本中使用的两个 exe, 它们都来路正当，安全无毒副作用：
