Add backend for tech blog

Create a login/signup page. After logging in the user should be able to upload a picture,write a blog and submit it. The blog should then appear on a separate blog page.

If interested you can also break this issue into smaller issues

Responsive for tab

It is responsive for laptops and mobile phone. Just need a few changes to make it tablet-responsive as well

Bug in the Scroll to top button

Describe the bug
The Scroll back to the top button is appearing even when you are at the top.

To Reproduce
Open index.html file on your browser and the Scroll to top button would appear on the bottom right

Expected behavior
The Scroll to top button should appear only when you have scrolled some part of the top container.
