real ie8 StackOverflow exception about ie8 HOT 1 CLOSED

the error is not happening if I skip dispatchEvent handler from dispatch
algorithm, but i would like to have fix for it. What do you think about it?

In the dispatch algorithm I see alot of recursion handling. As I
understand it may cause errors with markup in the future.
