Sorry about the long delay with answer. Is the question still valid?
Regarding file structure, it's up to the user. And note that Aybolit is not following any patterns used by Vaadin components, as it's not related to them.

@chanar latest thoughts on this subject?
I think we are sort of on our way with a couple of additions to the tree, and this question was also posted in the pre-Aybolit-Storybook time, whereas now integrated Storybook here takes care of what we were doing before.
Correct me if I'm wrong.
