Creating a static background image could be a lot less processor intensive than the current method of compositing the background from image + color + shadow blur on every frame.

Use ImageMagick to create a pre-sized PNG with the required artwork or color and the spin shadow merged on top.

Then use this as the first input of the FFMPEG command.

NOTE - if done on the serverless side this will require an ImageMagick or libvips layer.

Sometime the serverless function will timeout while downloading the asset files from my B2 account. The files are definitely there because the app has downloaded and analyzed them, but sometimes B2 fails.

Update serverless function to wait a max of 30 seconds for a file to download then retry, instead of allowing the download function to wait the full 3 minutes then timing out.
