Decode/Encode geohashes.

var hash = geo.encode(10.3, -2.4);
// => 'ecy697h3ggnm'

var pos = geo.decode(hash);
// => { lat: 10.300000039860606,
//      lon: -2.3999998904764652 }

Decode the given geohash into an object with keys lat and lon.

Encode the given latitude/longitude pair into a geohash. If no precision is provided it defaults to 12 characters.
