C++ 工具集

时间和日期

c/c++ 表示时间的数据结构有：time_t, tm

time_t 是个长整型，表示从 1970.1.1 到某个时间的秒数

tm 是 c 里面常用表示日期的数据结构

可以通过 localtime_s/localtime_r 将 time_t 转换成 tm; 通过 mktime 将 tm 转换成 time_t
