I suspect we aren't mapping texture coordinate attributes in the correct order when there are several of them. Will investigate.

This should be improved as of 5172c56. We were storing primitive attributes in an unordered dictionary, which meant that when a primitive had multiple texture coordinate attributes, the way they were mapped onto SceneKit geometry sources was arbitrary. It is now deterministic.
