您好, 我正在尝试改进一个 Google project personfinder. 在这个项目中, 有一个模块的功能是将中文名字翻译成拼音, 之前Google工程师直接使用了unidecode来翻译, 但这并不能准确的翻译一些多音字.
我看到这个repo中有关于常见中文姓的拼音数据, 可以用来改进Personfinder. 但是因为没有看到Licence, 所以我们不敢擅自使用. 不知可否授权给我们使用, 或者上传一个Apache或者MIT之类的开源License呢.
