Shall we include a byline (author and date?) I've always said content on the internet MUST include a full date to be worth putting on the internet, but even showing a date goes against the common use of this theme.

Perhaps a byline that can be shown/hidden by CSS, and it's not shown by default.

While style.css will likely stay empty forever, I'd like there to be a way for wp-admin users to set body/h2/div selectors as complex as they think is necessary. So I think what I'm asking for is: a way to edit a custom.css file within the theme.
