Just a note that to compile this on Linux I had to add stdarg.h to the list of includes, otherwise I got undefined errors for va_start/va_stop.

Otherwise, everything seemed to work as expected.

I'm going to play with your code, but in your notes you say you pulled images from the web and they didn't fit benford's curve...but in the credits, you say that there is an image taken by someone that DOES fit.

I wonder if the images you pulled from the web were re-compressed from their originals which might alter their curves, and that a photo straight out of a digital camera might be more "natural" and would more accurately match benford's curve.

Just a thought. I will report back after I've had some time to experiment.
