I guess you don't already have python-igraph
installed then? The easiest I think would be to compile igraph
yourself (in a directory where you have access) and then link against that version (for both python-igraph
and louvain
).You should make sure that the installer can find your library of course (which should be mentioned in the docs somewhere).
