Add ranges support

For each module we should store ranges.
Actually range can be stored with parameter as well as units.

For each machine type we should have for each parameter:
 - units
 - meaningfuls range (in units above)

When user creates a new module he should select machine that corresponds to
this module. Then units and ranges of this machine will be copied to the
parameters of module.

We should support possibility to change machine which is connected with a
module. After such change all units and ranges should be taken from the new one
machine type.

Improve T&C

1. Add scaling
2. Connect Diagram point with row in Table.
3. Change points on Diagram only after a mouse click
4. Add possibility to have logarithmic/linear axis (X, Y1, Y2)

Possibility to show/hide parameters

In Cake Formation modules we'll have a lot of parameter. Most of them shouldn't
be displayed all the time.
So we need a settings window where we can check what parameters to show and
hide.
Usually different companies use different parameters. So we should save
defaults to the disc. And we should have own visibility option for each module.
It may be done like a units, by adding some field to parameters stored in
modules.

Project/Session tree

We need to have projects with sessions.
Each session should have three module groups:
 - Simulation Modules
 - Test Modules
 - Help Modules

each group has a list of modules

Points:
 - We should allow to compare modules from different projects.
 - We should allow to create a copy of module in other project/session
 - We should allow to move (maybe drag & prop) modules between project/sessions
 - Import of module/session/project from other data base should be possible

Different order for different options

For some options in modules we may have different order of parameters. For
instance standard/design option in Cake Formation.
Reordering of rows may be done inside the module.
