Add functionality for implementing translations.

Silence Niko during legal holidays.

Change the IM photo to something relevant to the current season.
Like the default avatar but with a little Santa hat for Christmas, etc.

Sing happy birthday to users who have their birth date set on their IM profile.

Link Niko to JIRA so it can correlate the current day's mood with the tasks that the individual has worked on.
Moods can then be shown on task or story level. Even split by job role.

Let the user define a period of time while he's out of the office and not receive messages from Niko.
This could be done via UI or IM.

Sentiment analysis on a public chat based on Bayes naive classification.

Recognize your team member's achievements by giving them kudos.
