All channels are marked as CHNOTFOUND

I believe this is caused by the hard-coded call to channel("us-cable") in 
SCANNING.java. Seems to me it should be something different for DBT-T in New 
Zealand.

The scan_tuner.txt file is attached

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. sudo apt-get install openjdk-6-jdk hdhomerun-config
2. download hdhomeruntoolbox.jar
3. java -jar hdhomeruntoolbox.jar

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected HDHomerun to be useable.

I expect hundreds of channels, but HDHRP under FiOS, almost every channel is 
labelled (encrypted), and I'm guessing they are being thrown out.  As this is a 
CableCARD tuner, though, they are still valid.

v015, on Ubuntu 11.10

HomeRun Prime with CableCard/Verizon FiOS. Using v015 on  OSX 10.8.4. Utility 
runs without errors, but only produces streams for unencrypted channels.

URLs containing "channel=auto:CHNOTFOUND" don't work with the latest XBMC/Kodi 
builds because channel number is missing.   Attached is a script that creates 
the expected output from the scan_tuner1.txt

  1. Run hdhomeruntoolbox using the instructions provided using JDK 8
  2. All the .strm files are generated with urls "channel=auto:CHNOTFOUND"

   I've attached a shell script that I used to generate the correct output that can be run after hdhomeruntoolbox runs and generates the ~/.hdhomerun/scan_tuner1.txt file.

complete fine. I tried to run it again and it fails.
