At the moment, this test can fail depending on the element order.

FIX: Make the comparison ignore the order

• add a test for this flag
• log_debug only show when verbose mode is activated
• output directed to stderr
• main uses log_debug and shows "verbose mode activated"

Ok with only smells/src.
smells/target could be the cause, it contains 800 folders and 12 000 files

tests\357\201\234data\357\201\234git_repositories

Currently, we have this function:

fn combine_filenames(current_analysis_name: String, _other: String) -> String {
    current_analysis_name
}

We shall only combine files with the same names. If not it's a programming error that we want to detect. As it is costly to detect it on release mode, we only want it in debug mode while running tests.
