It is working fine but not able to to detect any number plate from the video. It starts framing the video and tries to detect a number plate during the whole video framing but overall result is null. Does it store results somewhere else? OR is there something that I missed?

In the Main.py, there is the line 'if not np.argmax(chars_model_out) == 36'
My question is where the value 36 meaning as I run the code and debug, i see few case the value actually 36.
