How to port forward this server with Portmap.io?

when I attempt to use the server, I run the script just fine and it connects, but when I connect to it on my phone it gets to the TOS confirm thing, stutters for a bit, and then freezes and crashes. on the computer it looks like this

note: my texts.csv and cards.csv are modified, if that has anything to do with it

is there a special app i need to make to access the server? I am a noob, so please help me.
