would love it to be production branch and it runs npm run deploy which would upload the site to S3.

If any resources we try to grab are unavailable we should fail a lot more gracefully than we do today.

To decide:

• What I think is easiest - US_REGIONS in work/vujson.py
• Census Bureau designated regions and divisions

I will attach a JSON dump of US_REGIONS here in case you want to use that, in a comment.

Hola - not sure if we need a cookies notice; I don't think we save any end-user data.

The date format being used until 3/11 was MM/DD/YYYY. Would prefer YYYY-MM-DD as we have to transform on our end. But at the very least needs to be consistent. The latest day is now MM-DD-YYYY.
