Rcpp doesn't build with new version about heroku-buildpack-r HOT 6 CLOSED

What is interesting is that I can successfully install Rcpp after the slug has been "deployed".
I.e. heroku run R and then install.packages('Rcpp').

I've managed to fix the issue. Turned out that the PATH environment variable wasn't being set correctly, so R was using the incorrect gcc to compile the package sources.

FYI: The master branch is completely up to date now; the png_support and development branches are fully merged.
