Separating css styles to a new file, can help us to developing project easier.
Could I separate the style files please?
Also helps #3 for improving UI.

You can add a simple readme file for this simple app as your first PR. It should contain information about this project.

We might need to make "ADD MEAL" button as type submit and move it inside the form, so that users will be able to add an item by pressing enter key.

Add timestamps when users add a meal to track the timing of the meal.

If you want to make a good level contribution you can integrate a food API into this project (eg. Nutritionix) which will tell automatically fill the calories section when the user adds a particular meal.
