apcaccess fields that show up after inital discovery don't generate config topics

Currently auto discovery topics are only generated for the apcaccess fields that are present in the first run of apcaccess.

However, I've noticed that if a transfer to battery power hasn't occurred since apcupsd was restarted, some fields like XONBATT aren't present. No auto discovery topic will be generated for XONBATT until apc2mqtt is restarted.

Multiple UPSes on one machine/APCUPSD on a port other than default

I am monitoring 2 UPSes on the same machine, and I don't think there is an (easy) way to configure different APCUPSD_HOST ports for different containers. I tried doing the IP:PORT but got
socket.gaierror: [Errno -2] Name does not resolve when bringing the containers online.
