[Feature Request]: Shimmer Frame Layout for RecyclerViews

Whenever a Recycler View is loading from some API/Database , there may be a gap in between for loading time, I suggest that gap could be filled by shimmer effect so that it looks nice from user experience perspective.

[Report Bug]: Valid emails are not being taken up in the Registration screen

Description

While registering an user in the Registration screen ( RegisterActivity ), if an user adds a white-space after the email by mistake, then the email address is deemed to be invalid, though it is not.
We should check for any white-spaces appended with the texts in the field inputs. We can maybe trim the strings from the end to fix this bug.

[Feature Request]: add codeql workflow for `kotlin` language

Describe your improvement idea or feature request

The repository contains code in kotlin , it does not have workflow for code scanning.

How would you like to see it implemented?

I aim to implement the CodeQL workflow to automate security checks. CodeQL, GitHub's code analysis engine, will identify vulnerabilities in the code and present the findings as code scanning alerts. This workflow will be activated for every push, commit, and pull request through GitHub Actions.

[Feature Request]: scope to convert it into a general meeting management app for all meetings

Description

Right now, the app creates a jitsi link when a new meeting is scheduled. I propose that instead there should be a Text Field where we can give users can paste the meeting link from their desired platforms. The can create a jitsi link in case the text field is left empty. The idea is to convert the app in to a general meeting management app rather than limiting it to a video calling app using only jitsi.

I was hoping to work on adding this into the app as I see this feature can give the users more reason to be a user of this app.
