Getting and Cleaning Data

The run_analysis.R file contains the script used to optain the data sets required for this project. After run the script, three objects are created:

  • dataCore contains the main data set with test and train data merged and well labeled (steps 1 and 4).
  • dataCore.statistics contains the mean and de stardar deviation for each measurement (step 2).
  • dataCore.aggdata contains the average of each variable for each activity and each subject (step 5).
