This is an example of how you may give instructions on setting up your project locally. To get a local copy up and running follow these simple example steps.
- Clone the repo
git clone https://github.com/vidhi-mody/CS520-EleNa
- Anaconda
Download Anaconda prompt from https://www.anaconda.com/products/individual
- First set up the backend
- Open terminal and navigate to the backend directory
cd backend
- To set up the conda environment run the following commands
conda config --prepend channels conda-forge
conda create -n ox --strict-channel-priority osmnx
conda activate ox
- Install the required dependencies
pip install flask
pip install -U flask-cors
- Start the server:
python index.py
- Next set up the frontend
- Open a new terminal and navigate to the frontend directory
cd frontend
- Install the required dependencies
npm install
- Run the frontend server
npm start
