Doctor in Electrical Engineering from the University of Chile, with 16 years of experience in both experimental and theoretical research, 4 of the last years dedicated as a data scientist. During this last stage he handled the entire Data Science Stack such as data extraction from different sources such as CSV files, SQL and No SQL databases, he also performed exploratory analysis, data pre-processing and development of predictive and analytical models. All of this based on advanced use of Python, R, and PySpark. Additionally, as part of his duties, I perform work based on Deep Learning and Transfer Learning. As part of his functions he performed version control through GIT. He also has experience in developing applications in the AWS cloud.
