When starting app on phone and an update is available the WiFi off warning pops up to either Exit, Ignore, or go to WiFi settings but immediately after that the download prompt comes up and hides the WiFi option.

In other words you never get the opportunity to decide on WiFi or not.

The expected result is you decide on WiFi then get the download prompt.

When OTAUpdater is done downloading the rom, witch works great then the install script it makes for CWM link the file to /storage/sdcard0/OTA-Updater/rom name. Problem is just there is no /storage/sdcard0 and if i do the install manual from the CWM it shows just as /sdcard/OTA-Updater/rom name

It was like that on RC2.

On RC3 it dont even reboot after it have downloaded the rom.

This is the logcat from the reboot. And it do ask for SU access and that is granted.

I believe this is a known issue on the Rezound/Vigor being unable to mount internal SDCARD in recovery.

NOTE: SDCARD is the internal and SDCARD2 is external. There is also a symlink on SDCARD for ext_sd to SDCARD2

Im using this wonderful OTA app for my S1 rom (2.3.6 based, semaphore kernel - CWM).
After the download the app reboots in to e3 recovery and now CWM, so the rom isn't installed.
It finds the file on the SD but can't flash is because its not CWM ! - Signature verification failed

RC4 by the way.

I would gladly appreciate any ideas to help fix this,

If I start otaupdater without a mobile data connect or only a wifi connect, the app will force close.
Only mobile data or both mobile data & wifi is OK

Actually Im not sure if that error causes by the unsigned rom.. I got this error

When i try to install it manually from recovery than no problems.

Maybe try to disable in the app verification solve that problem?

I tried four dofferent methods to check that error.. and there is a result - the same error

I used SmartApk tool which can sign zips
I used signed zip file - did not re-sogn it, used as it is
I re-sign zip
I used the kithcen for making roms to make a NEW zip file without any signatures. just. put some apk files and that it and complie it to a rom, still the same problem..

Please check that, because i dont think that it is only me have such error.

While you downloading a file and if you rotate the screen, downloading bar will disappear and you will be not able to continue or refresh it..then it can goes to recovery and stuck on splash screen..

try finding a way to disable signature check?
