Like S3 support, this reads and writes stream chunks (as their own streams) to Swift.

Redshift is based on Postgres 8, so this would mean mostly having the postgres plugin support non-hstore installations. Since Redshift stores data in columns rather than rows, it might be safe to expand out the key=value pairs into columns directly.

Logplex is heroku's HTTP syslog service. This would also include a heroku command for setting up a logplex endpoint for an app.
