I can fix if you want

• repo description typo it should say: vedic is the world's first complete Sanskrit programming language
• Footer in documentation says "Devloped". It should say “Developed”
• https://vedic-lang.github.io/functions.html - typo - it should say "variables" not "varibals"
• https://vedic-lang.github.io/variables.html#%E0%A4%A4%E0%A4%B0%E0%A5%8D%E0%A4%95-t-tarka-m--logic ## तर्क (t. tarka, m. logic) should be 3 hashtags

I am using termux .I am facing problem by every method .

नमस्करोमि। संस्कृते "वद" इति प्रयोगो वर्तते, न तु "वद्" इति यद्यप्युत्तरभारते हिन्दीभाषायां तादृशम् उच्चारणम्। अतः, वद् "वयम् आगताः" इत्यस्य स्थाने ऽस्यां भाषायां वद "वयमागताः" इति स्यात्।
