vboxdrv state STOP_PENDING when Virtualbox network driver isn't running properly about portable-virtualbox HOT 8 OPEN

the reason is that this shamely BUG hasn't solved since years..

@p060477 i never tried it on non wireless desktop but i think it might work because it just like installing the driver like the ordinary installer

@p060477 sorry i'm busy in the real world. i don't have the time right now to assemble a proper guide. maybe someone else will do it for you or you could just pay someone with coding knowledge to make that guide if you want faster.
