Consider adding NuGet support

It would be great if you could upload the project to nuget, would be much more convenient to add the library to my projects in VS- thanks!

An interesting bug when disposing the vulkan objects

When disposing the objects out of order, it look like the program tries to find the specified object's file and fails to find it, as shown. When I do it in order, attempting to dispose the swapchain gives a System.AccessViolationException. I made sure that I disposed it verbatim from the samples.

Support for debug reports?

Would it be possible to add support for the vkCreateDebugReportCallbackEXT/vkDebugReportMessageEXT functions?

NuGet package doesn't include required Vulkan pdb file

Title. When shutting down the program it looks for the debug file "CSGL.Vulkan1.pdb" in the release bin and can't find it- you probably forgot to include it in the release files.
