They have terrible pathing. Several clip through the floor, walk onto fences, etc.

So the AH bot doesn't sell them so cheaply.

The sell price of enchant scrolls, on the auction house (AH), is extremely unrealistically low. This is likely due to the sell price not being raised when the overall AH value for all items was decreased. This decrease in AH value would have included the AH value of the enchant scrolls even though they had already been sufficiently lowered on an individual basis.

Considering the amount of crafting skill needed to produce a single enchant scroll, i.e. inscription, herbalism, and enchanting; it seems to me that the AH value should be valued accordingly in addition to the re-adjustment of the market issue.

Additionally you may want to consider the usefulness of items with regard to there AH value, in combination with the skill and resources needed to make the item in question.

Presence of Mind (12043) and Arcane Instability(15058) don't affect Spirit Bolt

Rank 4 is completely broken. Only ever says invalid target.

All other ranks won't aggro hit a target if it is not already in combat. So you cannot pull a mob with arcane missiles.

The sales on the AH causes the money picked up in the mail from having sold an item to give, in some cases, more money than the buyout price set when placing the item for sale.
